Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Acqwired, Inc. (“Acqwired,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Acqwired platform, the Deep Research API (“DRA”), and the ListOps plugin for Claude Code (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

• Account & API credentials. When you obtain a DRA API key, we associate it with your organization account. Requests you make (including from the ListOps plugin) send this key so we can authenticate you.
• Research inputs. The queries you submit — company names, keywords, locations, search and thesis text, and run configuration — which we process to return results.
• Results & derived data. The company records, enrichment fields, and scores we generate and return to you.
• Usage & audit logs. Request metadata (organization ID, API key ID, timestamps, endpoints, and token/credit usage) used for security, billing, and reliability.

The ListOps plugin is a thin client that runs inside Claude Code. It stores your DRA API key locally in your Claude configuration (for example, ~/.claude/settings.json) and transmits it only to the Acqwired API to authenticate your requests.

On connect, the plugin downloads its skill files from the Acqwired API to your machine. Aside from your API key (for authentication) and the queries you choose to run, the plugin does not send data from your machine to us, and it collects no separate telemetry beyond the API requests you initiate.

• Provide and operate the Services — run research and list-building tasks and return results.
• Authenticate requests and enforce credit and usage limits.
• Maintain security, detect and prevent abuse, debug, and improve reliability and quality.
• Billing and account administration.

We do not sell your personal information.

To fulfill research and list-building requests, the DRA API may transmit query inputs (such as company names, keywords, locations, and natural-language queries) to third-party data and AI providers acting as our processors. These may include mapping and points-of-interest providers (e.g., Google Maps Platform), neural-search providers (e.g., Exa), large-language-model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Amazon Web Services). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and applicable data-processing agreements.

Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Results are stored in storage scoped to your organization, with access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Protect your API key. Treat your dra_ key like a password. You can rotate or revoke keys at any time from the Acqwired dashboard.

We retain account data, task results, and audit logs for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to those obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services.
